The provider of project management service commits to performing the necessary project planning, project control and reporting, implementation design management, procurement, construction supervision, site management tasks, supervision tasks, reception and commissioning tasks, and warranty period tasks in accordance with the project management service task list RT 10–10846.
The obligation includes all contractual project management tasks, site management duties, and construction supervision necessary for achieving the project’s goals, regardless of whether the task is specifically mentioned in the aforementioned task lists and contract terms. The obligation includes the tasks and responsibilities of the project initiator and the main contractor as required by law and contract.
